Long Week, Long Baby

showgirls_small.jpgMolly's made a lot of progress in the last week or so. She kinda rolled onto her side during a visit to my parents, although I must confess she was "assisted" a bit by her mom. She's holding her head steady with no assistance from us, looking around inquisitively at everything around her. She's even cooing at us and putting herself to sleep(!) after being placed in her crib--sometimes. Mostly she sucks on her hand and looks around until she dozes off, but it's incredible what a difference that is for us, who usually have to hold her until she decides to sleep.

She has officially outgrown her first 0-3 month outfit, being too long for my favorite "Daddy's Little Girl" night outfit. She's probably close to 11 1/2 pounds and nearly two feet long, eating as much as 120 ml (4 ounces) at a feeding. Everything's looking good!

New pics (lots of 'em)

Yep....it's coming....your little girl is growing up! Scary huh, as she begins the road of becoming independent (satisfying herself)? (but nice for now). I love the towel photo!
