From the story: "...problems his family believes are being ignored by the judicial system and his own father, who didn't keep up with his son's medications and even promised him an AK-47 if he moved to Trinity."

Yep, poor little guy, let's forget jail and send him to rehab instead! After all, his mom said he's not a murderer.

Why do we insist on saving these degenerates? So many good people in the world and we worry about "helping" ones like him??? Arrgh!

I think that everyone is missing the important point here. If they send that boy away, who will look after the pet alligator. It's always the alligators that get hurt in the end. When will all the alligator suffering end?
